# XColdPro Fortress

> Enterprise B2B platform for institutional cryptocurrency cold storage, operated by XDRIP Digital Management LLC. Fortress is the institutional side of XColdPro: licensing, administration and SLA-backed support for organisations, not the consumer product.

Fortress serves organisations that hold cryptocurrency on their own balance sheet or on behalf of others: protocol treasuries and DAOs, crypto hedge funds and asset managers, family offices, and corporate treasuries. It provides air-gapped BootVault licences in volume, role-based team administration with audit trails, licence and activation management, a REST API for integration, and contractual support levels. Consumer purchases of single XColdPro licences are handled by the XColdPro Shop, not here.

## AEGIS licensing

Licensing is annual, and every tier includes unlimited licences across the Frost, HellBound and Nyxor editions. Tiers differ in bundled support level, not in the software they unlock.

- Starter: unlimited licences, 25,000.00 USD per year, Standard SLA.
- Professional: unlimited licences, 100,000.00 USD per year, Premium SLA.
- Enterprise: unlimited licences, 250,000.00 USD per year, Platinum SLA.

Prices above are read from the same catalogue the pricing page renders. Terms for larger deployments are agreed directly with the enterprise team.

## Support levels

Three service levels back the licensing tiers: Standard (8-hour initial response in business hours, 4 hours for critical issues, 99.9% uptime commitment), Premium (4-hour initial response in extended hours, 1 hour for critical issues, 99.95%, dedicated account manager), and Platinum (1-hour initial response, 15 minutes for critical issues, 99.99%, priority emergency line and SLA credits).

## Security posture

Keys are generated client-side and never leave the customer's device; signing happens air-gapped, with multi-signature support and QR-based transaction relay. Data at rest is AES-256 encrypted and data in transit uses TLS 1.3. Release candidate v3 (March 2026) was assessed with Bandit, Semgrep and pip-audit with no high or medium severity findings; an independent third-party audit is planned and has not yet been published. Controls are aligned to the SOC 2 Trust Services Criteria and modelled on ISO 27001, and the architecture is built around GDPR requirements — none of these are completed certifications, and Fortress does not claim them as such.
